Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 698
PEDDLERS LICENSE
WHEREAS, apOlications for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants
License has been received from Peter Stiller and Rosemary Stiller, 801 S.W.
7th Street, Little Falls, MN 56345 to sell firewood door-to-door within
Plymouth in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, the applications have been reviewed and approved by the Police
Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the applications for Peddlers' Solicitors, or
Transient Merchants License are approved for a period beginning January 1
1984 and ending December 31, 1984.
