Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the ' City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was ne on dthe
19th day of december 19 83. The following members were

The follow ng members were absent;. none
Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
move3 its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 696
RESCINDING DEFERRED ASSESSMEMT
LEVY NO. 4747
WHEREAS, pursuant to adoption of Resolution Mo. 70-218, special assessments were
deferred by the City Council from the Southwest Sewer and Water Project until
such time that the property or land has been determined as to land use and improve-
ments installed; and
WHEREAS, a permanent easement for drainage and ponding purposes over that portion
of the property deferred has now been granted to the City by the property owner,
thereby determining the land use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the deferred assessment be rescinded for Parcel 32-118-22-43-0010 in the
amount of $1,390.74.
2. That the rescinded deferred assessment be removed from the records of the
City Finance Department and Count, Recorders Office.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
O ncilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
