Minnesota was hold on the 19th day of December , 1983 . The following members were n"vant- ILvor nave—AW67T. Counci. er Moei'%'Nei1s, Schneider and Threinen, Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 694 AWARDING BID FOR JANITORIAL SERVICE CITY CENTER BUILDING WHEREAS, pursuant to public notice and in conformance with State public bidding law, the City did accept bid proposals on December 14, 1983 for the furnishing of janitorial cleaning service for the year 1984 for the City Center Building; and WHEREAS, the proposals received were as follows: Contractor Amount Brothers Building Maintenance $13,020.00 Millco Contract Cleaning 15,204.00 A A M Maintenance Service 19,250.16 Care -Takers 19,380.00 Commercial Building Maintenance 21,258.00 Servicemaster 26,940.00 Community Cleaning 29,000.00 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has analyzed the bid proposals and recommends the bid be awarded to Brothers Building Maintenance, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does award the bid for janitorial services for the City Center Building for 1984 to Brothers Building Maintenance, Inc. in the bid amount of $13,020.00. Further, that the Finance Director be directed to enter into a contract with Brothers Building Maintenance, Inc. for the provision of janitorial services.
