HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-689CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of December , 1983. The following members were present Mayor Davenport, ounce mem ers en, Neils, Schneider and ThreinenThe following members were absent: none xxx xxx xxx Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 689 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND PLYMOUTH CREEK ADDITION (79006) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated December 3, 1981, Tipton Development and Construction, Inc., developer of Plymouth Creek Addition (79006), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Park and Trail Improvements Site Grading and Drainage Improvements Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts ORIGINAL ORIGINAL NEW NEW AMOUNT AMOUNT AMOUNT AMOUNT PUBLIC PRIVATE PUBLIC PRIVATE $ 19,548 S17,600 $ -0- S -0- 27,638 -0- -0- -0- 2.6.825 -0- -0- -0- 12,461 4,347 -0- -0- -0- 5,800 -0- 2,900 300 -0- 300 -0- 2,000 1,000 1,000 1,000 7,534 -0- -0- -0- -0- 33,210 -0- -0- 1,500 -0- 1,500 -0- 11,737 7,435 350 480 TOTAL $109,543 $69,392 53,150 $4,380 That the required cash escrow or surety bond be reduced to $3,150 to reflect the completed work for the public improvements and S4,380 to reflect the completed work for the private improvements.
