The following members were presente Rayor Davenport, rs .,en,.Neils, Schneider and ThrelneQ The follow ng_members<were nn ««« Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 688 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT POND LOTS 5 AND 6 SAGAMORE (81004) WHEREAS, In accordance with the development contract dated August 21, 1981, Quality Homes, Inc., developer of Lots 5 and 6 Sagamore (81004), has agreed to Install certain Improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site Improvements; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction (acceleration/deceleration lane on County Road 9) $8,300 S -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 996 __0 - TOTAL $9,296 5 -0- That the letter of credit required be reduced from $9,296 to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction (acceleration/deceleration lane on County Road 9) is accepted as of December 19, 1983 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen ,and upon vote being taken thereofthe following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers oen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen -:ne Toiowing votea against or aostatnea: fluli_ Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ana adopted.
