The fgllowin� eIs were presentc�a or Davenport, oanc mem rs oen, Nei is, Schneider a d Thre nen The follow nInq mem ers were absent: none Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adopt on: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 686 REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVY NO. 7093 WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 78-634, special assessments were levied by the City Council for Project No. 605-001, County Road 6 and Ferndale Road Watermain; and WHEREAS, a certain property owner appealed the cost for the above mentioned improvement; and WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has now reached an agreement with said property owner; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. That the assessments be reduced to the following amounts as they apply to each parcel here listed: Parcel Identification Number: Installments Original Revised Paid Unpaid Sec. Twp. !M. That the unpaid balance shall be spread over the reaminder of years and at the interest rate applicable to Levy No. 7093, with the first installment payable on or before the first Monday in January 1985. 3. That the property owner will be refunded the difference in the principal and Interest from the original and revised assessment Installments paid in the years 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983 and 1984. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon the followIng voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Aoen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen a T0110WIng Voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Passed and adopted.
