RESOLUTION NO. 83- 683
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR THOMAS HEALEY, TIMRERTON COMPANY FOR
TINBERTON (83054)
WHEREAS, Thomas Healey, Timberton Company, has requested approval for Final Plat for
Timberton, a plat for 20 lots and one outlot on 21.4 acres located southwest of 28th
Avenue North and Ranchview Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
10 Contract for Thomas Healey, Timberton Company, for Timberton, a plat located southwest
of 28th Avenue North and Ranchview Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote bbinq takent ,the
