RESOLUTION NO. 83- 682
SETTING CONDITION TO RE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
WEST OF PINEVIEW LANE, SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 47, NORTH OF THE SOO LINE RAILROAD, AND
EAST OF INTERSTATE 494 IN RPUD 83- (83008)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located west
of Pineview Lane, south of County Road 47, north of the Soo Line Railroad and east of
I-494 from FRO (future restricted development) District to R -1A (low density single
family residential) District in conjunction with approval of a Final Plat for "Rass
Lake Heights";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for RPUn 93- , °Ras,
Lake Heights" to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said
Ordinance.
