R. GILL FOR A CLASS II RESTAURANT IN THE R-2 (SHOPPING CENTER BUSINESS) DISTRICT LOCATED IN THE FOUR SEASONS SHOPPING CENTER (83062) WHEREAS, A. R. Gill has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Class II restaurant with carry -out service in the B-2 (Shopping Center) District In the Four Seasons Shopping Center located southwest of County Roads 9 and 18: and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the matter at a duly called Public Hear- ing and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of A. R. Gill for a Condi- tional Use Permit to operate a Class II Restaurant with carry -out service in the B-2 (shopping center business) District in the Four Seasons Shopping Center located south- west of County Roads 9 and 18 subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit Is issued to the petitioner as operator of the restaurant and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards and approved pro- gram for the Four Seasons Shopping Center. 5. There shall be no outside display sales or storage of merchandise or related materials. 6. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the condi- tions. 7. Outside waste disposal facilities shall be In compliance with Ordinance stand- ards and pians approved for the Center.
