Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on the 5th day of

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following_ Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 665
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
MISSION OAKS FIRST ADDITION (A-338)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated duly 14, 1982,
Richard F. 7ejdlik, developer of Mission Oaks First Addition (A-338), has aqreed
to Install certain Improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and -ite
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

Storm Sewer
Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod
Pond or Ditch Construction
Street Signs
Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning

Site grading & Drainage Improvements
Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts

That the letter of credit required be: reduced from $73,192 to $2.2,210 to reflect
the completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the
