Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 663
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR RICHARD ZEJDLIK FOR MISSION
OAKS (A-338)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Richard Zedjlik for Mission Oaks located at the south side of
Goldenrod Lane and County Road 9 was approved under City +,ouncil Resolution No. 82-354;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee In the form of
a Savings Certificate in the amount of $50,405.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City -'staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Savings Certificate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Savings
Certificate No. 269 In the amount of $50,405.00 which was submitted to quarantee site
Improvements for Richard Zejdllk for Mission Oaks located at the south side of
Goldenrod Lane and County Road 9, to $20,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
councilmember Neils ,�psn t 1T
