Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 83- 662
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TOMARK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
(82013)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Tomark Development Company located at the southeast corner of
Plymouth Eoulevard and County Road 9 was approved under City Council Resolution No.
82-211; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Caarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $60,050.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 4 In the amount of $60,050.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Tomark Development Company at the southeast corner of Plymouth Boulevard and County
Road 9.
