Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 83- 661
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR PROOES?GN, INC. (83004)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for ProDesign, Inc. located at 2500 Niagara Lane was approved
under City Council Resolution No. 83-147; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee In the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $36,843.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon rotice from the developer, City staff has Inspected said site and
recommends reductf,on of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Letter of
Credit No. 9 In the amount of $36,843.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for ProDesign, Inc. located at 2500 Niagara Lane to 56,639.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
