RESOLUTION NO. 83- 660
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
NO. 284 (82038)
WHEREAS, a Slte Plan for Independent School District No. 284 located at the southeast
corner of 19th Avenue North and State Highway 101 was approved under rity Council
Resolution No. 82-376; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Money Market Certificate In the amount of 5140,597.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has Inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Money Market Certificate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the reduction of the
Money Market
Certificate No. 61285
In the amount of $140,597.00
which was submitted
to guarantee
site Improvements for
Independent School District
No. 284 located at
the southeast
