Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopitlons.
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 659
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR CHURCH OF THE EPIPHANY
(82036)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Church of the Epiphany located at 4900 Mathar. Lane was
approved under City Council Re__=mutton No. 82-412; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $60,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has Inspected said site and
recommends release of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 35 In the amount of $60,000.0 Which was submitted to quarantee site improvements
for Church of the Epiphany located at 4900 Nathan Lane.
