RESOLUTION NO. 83- 658
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR CHURCH OF THE EPIPHANY
(82036)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Church of the Epiphany located at 4900 Nathan Lane was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 82-412; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit In the amount of $22,OOG.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has Inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Letter of
Credit No. 36 In the amount. of $22,000,00 which was submitted to quarantee site
