Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 648
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
ANNAPOLIS LANE IN CRITERION MPUD
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 Trammell Crow - Minnesota has petitioned the
City Council for a vacation of the following street right-of-way:
That part of Annapolis Lane as dedicated in the plat of Criterion
M.P.U.D., according to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Lot 1, Block 1,
Plymouth Business Center, according to the recorded plat
thereof, a distance of 65.00 feet South 89 degrees 22
minutes 09 seconds West from the Northeast corner of said
Lot 1; thence South 89 degrees 22 minutes 09 seconds West,
a distance of 140.66 feet; thence Easterly and Northeasterly,
along a tangential curve, concave to the Northwest having
a radius of 175.51 feet to the point of intersection with
a line which bears South 0 degrees 06 minutes 35 seconds
West and which runs through said point of beginning; thence
South 0 degrees 06 minutes 35 seconds West to said point
of beginning.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of December 19, 1983 at
7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing on said petition as pro-
vided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol! owlvoted in favor ereo :Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
