RESOLUTION NO. 63-646
R€CEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - PINE RIDGE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 7, 1983, a
report has been ;-.pared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Pine Ridge Addition by the Installation of ornamental residential street
lights and this report was received by the Council November 21, 1983;
IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted November 7, 1983. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these Improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
