RESOLUTION NO. 83- 644
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 231 AND 304
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the utility and street improvements contract for Protects No. 231 and
304:
1. Extend completion date by 10 days.
2. Provide off site borrow for 41st Avenue.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the utility and street improvements contract for
Projects 231 and 304 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Ordar No. 2 for the utility and street
Improvements contract for Projects 231 and 304 adding 52,400.00 is approved and
the existing contract price of $632,577.95 is revised to $634,977.95.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote beante taken thereo the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
