Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 643
BOND REDUCTION TIBURON ADDITION (A-333)
WHEREA`, Metro Development Corporation, developer of the Tiburon Addition, has
comple'ed all the construction within the plat of the Tiburon Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the deposit placed with the City of Plymouth in the amount of $5000 is hereby
reduced to $0.00 to reflect the completed work.
