Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:,
RESOLUTION NO. 83-639
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
WEST MEDICINE LAKE TERRACE (80008)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated January 12, 1983,
B -T Land Company, developer of West Medicine Lake Terrace (80008), has agreed to
Install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $582,842 to $328,922 to
reflect the completed work.
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer
construction is accepted, as of November 21, 1983 for continual maintenance
subject to the one year guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co ncilmember Thr inen , and upon vote being taken thereon the
