Johnson Construction, Inc., developer of Creekside of Plymouth (79018), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction - Phase I $ 51,645 $ -0- Sanitary Sewer - Phase I 45,819 -0- Watermain 48,340 -0- Storm Sewer 3,500 -0- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 4,600 920 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 450 450 Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,500 500 Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment. Control Pian 8,000 1,600 Site Grading - Phase I and II' 53,720 -0- Park and Trail Improvements - Seeding Only 4,000 2,000 Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 26,709 200 TOTAL $249,283 $5,670 That the letter of credit required which was previously reduced to $10,835 be further reduced to $5,670 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter in Phase I are accepted, as of November 21,1983 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o ow ag votedn favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none whereupon the Resolutton was declared duly passed and adopte .
