RESOLUTION NO. 83-632
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND SUBDIVISION VARIANCES FOR THOMAS HEALEY, FOR
TIMBERTON (83054)
WHEREAS, Thomas Healey, Timberten Company has requested approval of a Prelimin-
ary Plat and Subdivision Variances for Timberton a plat for 19 lots on 21.4
acres located southwest of 28th Avenue North and Ranchview Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Pub-
lic Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat
and Subdivision Variances for Thomas Healey, Timberton Company for Timberton, a
plat for 19 lots on 21.4 acres located southwest of 28th Avenue North and
Ranchview Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's
expense.
3. Street names shall comply with the City Street Naming System.
4. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and
recorded with Hennepin County; except that permits for one building to
be use' as a model may be issued prior to filing.
5. Lot width and depth variances as identified in October 13, 1983
correspondence from Sathre-Bergquist.
6. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association documents,
covenants and restrictions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be
filed with the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncilrember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon,
