Councilmember Neils Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoptiont
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 630
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES, INC. FOR PROPERTY IN THE
MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK 3RD ADDITION (83056)
WHEREAS, Carlson Properties, Inc. has requested consolidation of platted Lots 5 and 6,
Block 1 of MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK 3RD ADDITION into one lot; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, has reviewed the request and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 1 MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK 3RD ADDITION, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
To be consolidated into a single new parcel; and,
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
