F Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r ular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Rlywouth, Minnesota, was held an the Zist day of November 1963 ,

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 627
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR CARLSON
CENTER SECOND FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES, INC. (80019)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Carlson Center Second as requested by Carlson Properties, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
3. Execution of the Tax Increment Finance Agreement prior to filing the Final
Plat.
4. Further Platting of Outlot H shall include the adjacent four exception
parcels.
5. No site development shall commence until the exception parcels are platted.
6. Right-of-way for County Road 15 shall be deeded to the City as a road easement
until the exception parcels are platted.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, — the
ollowing voted n favor t of: Mayor Oavenport. Councilmembers Moen. Neils.
