Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 626
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR CARLSON CENTER SECOND FOR CARLSON
PROPERTIES, INC. (80019)
WHEREAS, Carlson Properties, Inc, has requested approval for Final Plat for Carlson
Center Second , a plat located in the four quadrants of the 1-494 and County Road 15
Intersection; and,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been found to be in substantial compliance with tnt
approved preliminary plats;
NOW, THEREFORE BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Carlson Center Second for Carlson Properties, Inc, for one lot, ten
outlots, and rights-of-way; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
