Northwest Business Campus; acid WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on November 21, 1983 In accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended; and WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the meeting of November 29, 1983; and WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on November 24 1983 to inform any and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of a utility and drainage easement in Outlot G, Northwest Business Campus; and WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that a certain utility and drainage easement in Outlot G, Northwest Business Campus is not needed for public purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH as follows: That the following portion of the utility and drainage ease- ment be vacated as public easement: That part of the Utility and Drainage easement in Outlot G, NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS, according to the recorded plat thereof lying 10.00 feet westerly, northerly, and northeasterly of the following described line: Commencing at the most westerly corner of said Outlot G; thence southeasterly 156.53 feet to a boundary corner of said Outlot G and the point of beginning of said line; thence northerly 192.03 feet to a boundary corner of said Outlot G; thence easterly 50.00 feet to a boundary corner of said Outlot G; thence southeasterly 268.69 feet along the boundary lic,7- of said Outlot G to the southeasterly line of said Outlot C and said line there terminating.
