Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its '
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 624
APPROVING FISCAL ANALYSIS WORK PROGRAM TO BE CONDUCTED BY
TISCHLER AND ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the City Council has created a Community Development Task Force whose pur-
pose Is to review and recommend ways by which the City might improve Its fiscal fore-
casting capabilities; and
WHEREAS, the Task Force has recommended In its report dated November 21, 1983, that a
fiscal analsyis work program be undertaken at a cost not to exceed $7,000; and
WHEEREAS, the firm of Tischler and Associates, Inc., has submitted a proposal dated
November 2, 1983 to accomplish such a fiscal analysis work program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council, of the City of Plymouth,
that the firm of Tischler and Associates, Inc., be retained by the City to conduct a
fiscal analysis work program diagnostic study in accordance with its proposal dated
November 2, 1983 at a cost not to exceed $7,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the study prepared by Tischler and Associates, Inc., be
reviewed by the Community Development Task Force who will forward its recommendations
with respect to this subject to the City Council.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote beinq taken t reon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
