Councitmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO, 83 619
AWARDING BID FOR THE 1983 REFORESTATION PROPOSAL
WHEREAS, $26,000 has been budgeted for the 1983 Reforestation proposal to be
carried out on City -owned lands:
AND, WHEREAS, In accordance with City bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and bid proposals received and opened on October 27, 1983.
AND, WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

AND, WHEREAS, The bid of Fairs Garden Center is in conformance with City specifications
for the plant materials and Fairs Garden Center is therfore declared the lowest
responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does accept the proposal of Fairs Garden Center
in the amount of $23,600.00 and further, that funds for this proposal are authorized
from account No. 206-206-810.2(o
