CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was e d on the7th day of
November, 1983. The following members were present: yor Davenport,
U"C7 me er5.' oen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen. The follow ng crs were
absentsnone
Councilmember Moen Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 618
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
STREET EASEMENT; SLOPE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
ZACHARY LANE. ADJACENT TO HARRISON HILLS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 Harrison Hills has petitioned the City
Council Council for d vacation of the following easements:
Street easement recorded as Document No. 3643193
Utility and slope easement recorded as No. 3643194
Utility and slope easement recorded as No. 3643196
(All easements are along Zachary Lane adjacent to Harrison Hills
Addition)
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be In order;
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of December 5,
1983 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public heartno on said petition and
directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being t ken there n th
following vote n avor t ereo :MaYor Davenport, Counc lmembers Moe veils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duty passed an3 adopted.
