The follow ng mem erii s were none ### #.# councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 83-616 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND CREEKSIDE OF PLYMOUTH (79018) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 13, 1982, Dean R. Johnson Construction, Inc., developer of Creekside of Plymouth (79018), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY C01WIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOIINT Street Construction - Phase I Sanitary Sewer - Phase I Watermaln Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Site Grading - Phase I and II Park and Trail Improvements - Seeding Only Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Rullts TOTAL S 51,645 S5,165 45,819 -0- 48,340 -0- 3,500 -0- 4,600 920 -0- -0- 450 450 2,500 500 8,000 1,600 53,720 -0- 4,000 2,000 26,709 200 $249,283 510,835 That the letter of credit required he which was previously reduced to 594,513 he further reduced to 510,835 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o uw ng vote n favor t ereof: Mayor Davenport, Council alellbers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. i## i## ##•
