COunCilmember Moen introduced the followingResolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 614
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
SCHMIDT LAKE WOODS 3RD ADDITION (A-681)
WHEREAS, In accordance with the development contract dated dune 19, 1979,
Enterprise Properties, developer of Schmidt Lake Woods 3rd Addition (A-681), has
agreed to Install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requ-sted a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from 520,104 to SO (zero) to
reflect the completed work.
FURTHER, RE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and
gutter are accepted, as of November 7, 1983 for continual maintenance subject to
the one year guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foreqoinq Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote beinq taken thereon the
following vote t n favor ercof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers koen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
