Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was r�eliTon the 7th day of
November , 1993. The following members were present.—Fay-or Davenport,
I Councl mem erS Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threineri The following members were
absent: none
Councilmember Moen Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 613
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
HARRISON HILLS 2ND ADDITION (79055)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated August 17, 1983,
Harrison Hills Partnership, developer of Harrison Hills 2nd Addition (79055),
has agreed to Install certaln improvements for said development: and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the itreet, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

Boulevard or Drainage Swale Sod
Pond or Ditch Construction

Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning

reflect the completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon the
