Councilmember Moen Introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION MO. 83- 612
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
HARRISON HILLS ADDITION (79055)
WHEREAS, In accordance with the development contract dated June 15, 1983,
Harrison Hills, Inc., developer of Harrison Hills Addition (79055), has agreed
to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that no building permits will be issued on the followini
tots until the required development bond Is provided.
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 18
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 4
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 3
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 2
Building permits can be issued on the other lots after the develoment hond is
provided.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council member zh M-�Uen ,.and upon vote being taken thereon, the
