Pursuant to due tail and notice thereof, a regular meet-ing of the City
Council of
City of Plymouth, Minnesota washeldon the 7th day of

RESOLUTION N0. 83-610
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
WEST RIDGE ESTATES THIRD ADDITION (A-745)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract
dated June 10, 1980, Laukka
and Associates, Inc., developer of West Ridge Estates
Third Addition (A-745),
has agreed to install certain Improvements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the
street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of
the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are
reduced as follows:

and concrete curb and
gutter are accepted, as of November 7, 1983 for continual
maintenance subject to
the one year guarantee by the developer.
