The following members were a :'sent: none- counciilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved Its a opt on: RESOLUTION N0. 83-610 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND WEST RIDGE ESTATES THIRD ADDITION (A-745) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated June 10, 1980, Laukka and Associates, Inc., developer of West Ridge Estates Third Addition (A-745), has agreed to install certain Improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 50,125 $ -0- Sanitary Sewer 58,373 -0- Watermain 67,207 -0- Storm Sewer 5,657 -0- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 12,000 1,950 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 150 150 Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,500 1,000 Erosion Control 2,000 500 Private Streets, Driveways and Parking Areas 22,500 9,180 Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 30,000 -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 29,941 500 TOTAL $279,453 $13,280 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $23,941 to $13,280 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter are accepted, as of November 7, 1983 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer.
