COuncilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 609
AMENDING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
BONESTR00, ROSENE, ANDERLIK & ASSOCIATES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth on September 3, 1973 by Resolution No. 73-759
entered into an Engineering Services Agreement with Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
& Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the engineer has requested th- Schedule B establishing hourly rates
for professional services be revised;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CI1Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Engineering Services Agreement entered into between
the City of Plymouth and Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.
September 4, 1973 be the same as hereby amended to incorporate the new Schedule
dik B, 1984 Rate Schedule as follows:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution
was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being
taken thereo the

Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
