The follow Ao re�--s were COuncilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption RESOLUTION NO. 83- 609 AMENDING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT BONESTR00, ROSENE, ANDERLIK & ASSOCIATES, INC. WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth on September 3, 1973 by Resolution No. 73-759 entered into an Engineering Services Agreement with Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the engineer has requested th- Schedule B establishing hourly rates for professional services be revised; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CI1Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Engineering Services Agreement entered into between the City of Plymouth and Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. September 4, 1973 be the same as hereby amended to incorporate the new Schedule dik B, 1984 Rate Schedule as follows: CLASSIFICATION HOURLY RATE Principal Engineer 545.00 Registered Engineer 40.75 Assistant Engineer & Field Supervisor 32.75 Senior Technician 27.00 Junior Technician 20.00 Word Processor 20.50 Clerical 15.50 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES Reproduction, Printing, Duplicating At Invoice cost Out-of-pocket expenses such as meals, lodging, stakes, telephone calls, etc. At actual cost Mileage 50.20/mile FURTHER, said new shedule to be effective January 1, 1984. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereo the o ow ng vote n favor the reof: Hayor Davenport, Councilmembers�loen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
