COuncilu mber Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 83- 607
APPROVING CHANCE ORDER NO. 1
WELL PUMP NO. 7
PROJECT NO. 210
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the utility and street Improvements contract for Project No. 210:
1. Furnish and Install sump pump.
2. Grout concrete block cores and Install vertical reinforcing bars.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Well Pump No. 7 contract for Projects 210 is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for well Pump No. 7 contract for
Project 210 adding $1,675.28 Is approved and the original contract price of
$110,750.00 Is revised to $112,425.28.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
