adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 604
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - CREEKSIDE OF PLYMOUTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 11, 1983, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the Improvement
of Creekside of Plymouth Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council November 7, 1983:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the Improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed In the Council resolutions
adopted July 11, 1983. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer Is hereby designated as the engineer for these Improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken they o, th
o 'own voted n avor thereof: "Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, %eils,
Schneidger and reinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
