The followin 6 rs were present: ayor Davenport, ounc en, Neils, Schneider any �'hre nenThe following mete . v; absent: non , Councilmember Moen Introduced the following Resolution and moved its `a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 603 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - ROBERT MIDDLEMIST 3RD AND 4TH ADDITIONS (40TH PLACE) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 7, 1983, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Robert Middlemist 3rd and 4th Additions by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council November 7, 1983; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: t. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions adopted November 7, 1983. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer Is hereby designated as the engineer for these Improve- ments. He shall coordinate the work which will he done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken therego, th o luw nq voted n favor the Mayor Davenport, Councilmenbers h�oen,eNeils, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: non Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
