The Couneilmember Moen Introduced the following Resolution and moved Its a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 602 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTING - ROBERT MIDDLEMIST 3RD AND 4TH ADDITIONS (40TH PLACE) WHEREAS, a petition has been received from property owners requesting Installation of ornamental residential street lightinq in Robert Middlemist 3rd and 4th Additions (40th Place); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the Improvement of Robert MIddlemist 3rd and 4th Additions (40th Place) by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on November 7, 1983, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improvement and special assesment hearings. 3. The petition Is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he Is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed Improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other Improvement and the estimated cost of the Improvement as recommended. for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Per Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon the ated n avor t ereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, ma Thrainan Ine Te110Wing votes against or adstalneo: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. •tt► aa* •,ray
