Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 601
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENOMENT TO
MTC CONTRACT NO. 79-13-9-S,
A PASSENGER WAITING SHELTER COOPERATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, in 1979 the City of Plymouth entered Into a cooperative agreement with the
Metropolitan Transit Commission for the location of two shelters at Site C-861 and
C-862; and
WHEREAS, the location of the shelter originally located at Site C-862 at Highway 55
and County Road 154 has been changed; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to revise the agreement to reflect the current location of
the shelter at the Park and Ride lot at County Road 73 and Highway 55;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
that it should and hereby does, authorize the execution of an amendment to MTC
Contract No. 79-13-9-S, revising the site location of one of the two shelters from
C-862 (T.M. 55 and C.R. 154) to Site C-1380 (the Park and Ride lot at C.P. 73 and
T.H. 55).
