Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 600
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES, INC.

WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Carlson Properties, Inc, located at 1?800 Highway 55 was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 82-1; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Performance Guarantee in the form of a
Bond In the amount of $132,450.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Site
Performance Bond No. 610092915 in the amount of $132,450.00 which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Carlson Properties, Inc. located at 12800 Highway 55 to
$20,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken t er�T

Whereupon the Resolution was declared
