CGuncilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 596
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR DEAN JOHNSON, CREEKSIDE OF
PLYMOUTH (79018)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Dean Johnson, Creekside of Plymouth located South of County
Road 9 and Polaris Lane, was approved under City Council Resolution No. 82-476; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Performance Guarantee in the form of a
Letter of Credit in the amount of $119,170.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has Inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Letter of Credit;
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Letter of
Credit No. 294 In the amount of $119,170.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for Dean Johnson, Creekside of Plymouth located south of County Road 9 and
Polaris Lane to $55,750.45.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken t roan, the
0 ow ng votedn favor thereof: mayor nport, Councilmembers Moen, Nei sl ,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared
