Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 595
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR STONE MASONRY, INC. (83011)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Stone Masonry, Inc. located at 3415 Kilmer Lane was approved
under City Council Resolution No. 83-265; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Performance Guarantee In the form of a
Letter of Credit in the amount of $14,200.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
10 MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Letter of
Credit No. 134 in the amount of $14,200.00 which was submitted to quarantee site
Improvements for Stone Masonry, Inc., located at 3415 Kilmer Lane to $2,500.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote beim taken fteon, the

Schneider and Threinen
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed a .
