Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 594
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR JUDE CANDY AND TOBACCO
COMPANY (82043)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Jude Candy and Tobacco Company located at the southwest corner
of Niagara Lane and State Highway 55 was approved under City Council Resolution No.
82-471; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit In the amount of $18,868.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the Developer that the required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends reduction of the Letter
of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Letter 0
Credit No. 241 In the amount of $18,868.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for Jude Candy and Tobacco Company at the southwest corner of Niagara Lane
and State Highjway 55 to $5,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken tjWreon, the
