(83058) WHEREAS, Hoff Plumbing, Inc, has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to operate a plumbing showroom In the Four Seasons Shopping Center,' - _-'ed at 4120 Lan- caster Lane; and, WIWREAS, the Planning Commissien, has reviewed the matter at a duly called Public Hear- ing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Hoff Plumbing, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a plumbing showroom with associated retail sales in the B-2 Zoning District in the Four Seasons Shopping Center located at 4120 Lancaster Lane subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to the petitioner as operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored internally or within approved designated areas for the shopping center. 5. Any signage shall conform with the approved Shopping Center Sign Program. 6. There shall be no outside display sales or storage of merchandise, related materials, or parts. 7. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions.
