RESOLUTION NO. 83- 591
APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENTS AND VARIANCES FOR VOLP
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (83049)
WHEREAS, Volp Construction Company has requested approval of Site Plan and Con-
ditional Use Permit Amendments and Variances for a 15,649 sq. ft. building ad-
dition located at 14000 21st Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public 'Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Volp
Construction Company for Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit Amendments and
variances for a 15,649 sq. ft, building addition located at 14000 21st Avenue
North subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial guar-
antee for completion of site improvements.
3. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance
4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews
and approvals per Ordinance provisions.
5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved facili-
ties shown on the plans dated October 17, 1983.
6. Approved variances for building setback of 27 ft. to the north proper-
ty line; and, waiver of the fire lane requirement alog the north side
of the building.
7. The conditional use permit is subject to all applicable codes,
regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for
revocation.
S. The conditional use permit is issued to the petitioner as operator of
the facility and shall riot be transferable.

9. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
10. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the
conditions.
11. Storage area shall be paved and limited to 6,633 sq. ft. as noted on
the site plan.
12. Appropriate screening materials shall be included with the fencin, so
as to provide an opaque effect.
13. Storage of cranes shall be prohibited.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and,upon vote beinngg taken thereon,Mee
