RESOLUTION NO. 83- 590
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR HENNEPIN TECHNICAL CENTERS (83047)
WHEREAS, the Hennepin Technical Centers has requested consolidation of land within the
City of Plymouth into one lot for the purposes of one principal structure on one lot;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation:
PARCEL A: The South 265 feet of the West 453 feet of Lot 3, Block 3, Minneapolis
Industrial Park.
PARCEL B: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 3: then Northerly along the
West line of Lot 2 to Its intersection with a line parallel with and 15
feet South from Southerly line of Lot 7; then Easterly along said
parallel line 220 98/100 feet; then Southwesterly to beginning; also
that part of Lot 3 lying South of the North 15 feet thereof and East of
the West 453 feet thereof.
To be consolidated into a single new parcel; and,
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared
