RESOLUTION No. 83- 589
APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR HENNEPIN TECHNICAL CENTERS

WHEREAS, the Hennepin Technical Centers has requested approval of a Site Plan and
Conditional Use Permit Amendment for the expansion of office space within the existinq
facility located in the northeast corner of Xeniun Lane and 21st Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said reque.* at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for the Hennepin
Technical Centers for a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit Amendment for additional
office space In the existing facility located in the northeast corner of Xenium Lane
and 21st Avenue North, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial guarantee for
completion of site improvements.
3. No additional signage is contemplated.
4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved facilities
shown on the plans dated October 4, 1983
6. The two existing parcels shall be consolidated.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken t rte eon, the
