Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoptions
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 585
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR PLYMOUTH FREEwA: CENTER 3RD ADDITION FOR DOMINIUM GROUP INC.

WHEREAS, Dominium Croup, Inc, has requested approval for Final Plat for Plymouth
Freeway Center 3rd Addition, a plat for one lot and one outlot located between
Fernbrook lane and Empire Lane, north of Harbor Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOIVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Dominium Group,
Inc. for Plymouth Freeway Center 3rd Addition located east of Fernbrook Lane and north
of Harbor Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken t ,neon, the
following votedn favor thereof: mayor avenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared
